*Items which have any stains, emit, body odors, perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Product tags should be intact. Also there will be no returns & exchanges during promotional/sale periods.

The following is a standard return policy for any kind of promotional deals, sales, selling with super low pieces. Any kind of items covered under the following category should be returned for replacement within 7 days. However, on any products falling under this category.

However, there are following conditions which will not be acceptable in case of warranty and replacement:

• Physical damage to the product
• Products which are missing the manufacturer label, model number or device name/number. The model should be recognizable.
• Products which do not have the manufacturer’s warranty label.
• Products which are missing the accessories or the complete set of product that was provided when shipped.
• The original invoice is missing.
• Products which do not comply with the warranty policy of the manufacturer.
